How can I change "somewhere" to something else?

Go to notification list > edit notification > Design tab >click on  Text-editor

"Somewhere" is a fall back value for dynamic location keywords : {{city}}, {{state}},{{country}}

When don't receive location values from your data source or integration setting, we display  "somewhere".

If you are seeing it instead of location value means your source/integration is not sending location value.

You can change this text & write custom location like New York, USA.
