Go to notification list >> Edit notification >> Design tab
If you want the notifications to be viewed or to be not viewed on the mobile or desktop browsers go to the notifications list. Click on edit notification. Then click on the Design tab and find position and animation and click on it.
Here you will just have to click on the two options and set them to either on or off according to your choice.
