Go to notification list > edit notification > Click tab
If you don't want to allow your viewers to close the notification that is shown to them, then use this option. by enabling this, they will not be opted with a close button to close the notification.
- Go to the close icon section
- Make toggle OFF to hide the close icon from the notification
