How to set a minimum limit for live visitors or counter-notification?

Go to notification list > edit notification ( live or counter notification) > Data & Timing tab >click on  notification data setting.

Set value for the minimum count: No notification will be displayed if the live visitor count is less than the entered value. Similarly for other types of notification.
