When you display multiple sales notifications on the same page, the system follows a default logic. It first shows all the sales data for one notification before moving on to the next, based on the order in which the notifications were created. This means that if one notification has more frequent sales than others, it will be displayed more often, and the other notifications will have fewer chances to appear.
At this time, it's not possible to prioritize displaying the latest sales across multiple notifications on the same page.
Recommended Solution:
If you want to ensure that all your notifications have an equal chance to appear, we recommend using the "Randomize" option. This option shuffles the sales data between different notifications, so each one gets a fair opportunity to be shown.
To enable the randomization:
- Go to Settings.
- Find the Notification Order section.
- Select Display in Random Order.
By enabling this setting, the sales records across all notifications will be displayed in a random sequence, allowing notifications with lower sales frequency to also appear on the page.
